  • Scroll down and click “Save Changes.”

Step 2: 2-step verification on

  • Go to your Google Account’s Security page.
  • Under the “Signing in to Google” section, click on “Security” Click on 2-step verification.

Step 3:Authenticator app

  • If prompted, sign in to your Google Account enter your password.
  • Turn on 2-step verification & setup it.
  • Scroll down to the “Authenticator app” Click on it. 

Step 4: Set up authenticator

  • Now click on Set up authenticator.” Scan qr from your mobile give permission.
  • Scroll down to the “App password” Click on it. Click on create give name outlook.
  • Now you got Generated app password. Copy the generated app password

Step 5: Paste generated app password

  • Open Microsoft Outlook.
  • Navigate to the “File” tab and click on “Add Account.”
  • Enter your Name, Gmail address, and paste app password you generated.
  • Use the app password, not your Gmail password.
  • Click “Next” and wait for Outlook to complete the setup process.
  • Once the configuration is successful, click “Finish.
